I do my best to ship all orders as close to the 2 week turnaround as possible. I am human and a parent too. Occasional life's little mishaps happen and I have to tend to sick children, school functions, etc and I may need an extra day or two. Thank you for understanding :)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

However, if you discover within the first 30 days that your product is defective, you may return it for repair or replacement. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired. You agree to these terms with your purchase.

No. We specialize in gift giving. All orders come with a packing slip, but no pricing details. A free gift card is included with your order.
